Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I have lived in the South Charlotte NC area for the past 15 years. When I moved to this area it was nothing but cow pastures and cornfields. In fact, the day I moved here my friends asked "why do you want to live all the way out there?" Ironically, they moved a street over from me a year later.

Over the past 15 years, I have seen South Charlotte NC grow into a city of its own, with neighborhoods popping up over night. I have lived all over the East Coast, from Connecticut to Charleston, SC, and I can honestly say that Charlotte is my favorite. The South Charlotte NC area has everything to offer; beautiful neighborhoods in many different price ranges, amazing city and county parks and green ways, and some of the best golf courses both private and public, any type of restaurant you could want, and some of the best schools in the county.

I'm married and have a 9 year old son. My wife owns her own business, a web development and marketing firm voted one of the Top 25 by the Charlotte Business Journal (now you know how I got this fantastic Website). My son is in the 4th grade and attends public school.

For the last thirteen years in Charlotte NC, I've worked for an International Machine Manufacturing firm as the Operations Manager. I put myself through night school and graduated from UNCC with a degree in Operations Management. Then one day I decided to start looking for an investment property. I realized that not only did I have a good eye for real estate, but it was something that I truly enjoyed. While I was remodeling my new home I decided to get my NC real estate license. Now I use my skills to help people sell and purchase their homes, a process that can be both exciting and intimidating.
